The Medical Reserve Corps of Rutland  and Addison Counties presents: Disaster Planning for our 21st Century Weather. This two hour presentation will discuss extreme weather changes and how they impact disaster planning, spread of disease, changes in animal habitat and migration. Public Health Inspector Robert Manfredi will also discuss food safety issues during an emergency.
